Cuvée 6

Grape varieties : Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Arbane, Petit Meslier et Pinot Blanc. The grapes come from parcels of our own vineyards. The base wine is partially barrel-aged, and a limited number of bottles are produced, making it a rare cuvée. Bottles are aged for a minimum of five years in the cellar before disgorging. The wine's prolonged contact with yeast enables it to develop tertiary aromas.
